Customer Service Associate

• Vape Shop Revolution Smoke & Vape 2109 Avent Ferry Road, Raleigh, NC 27606 Overview We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Experience in a vape shop is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of vape and smoke products is required to a small extent, we will teach you everything else you need to know. We do require initiative in finding and completing tasks. Duties
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
• Provide product knowledge to customers and offer recommendations
• Upsell products to increase sales revenue
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• Learn the products during down-time. This is an ever-changing industry and we see new products often. Requirements
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
• Knowledge of using cash registers and processing payments
• Capability to lift and move stock as needed
• 21 years or older ONLY.
• Reliable transportation is required
