The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and proven experience interacting with clients and providing solutions to any issues they may have.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers about any problems with their account. Manage customer interactions in a way that promptly solves customers’ problems. Assist customers to verify billing information, collect payments, or resolve service issues. Demonstrate a high degree of technical expertise and knowledge of relevant products and services. Answer questions from customers about services that the company offers. Prepare and submit reports detailing account activity or service issues.
