This is a service-only role. Sales responsibilities are not part of this position.
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming calls and respond to client emails with accuracy, professionalism, and warmth. Support personal and commercial insurance clients with billing, policy changes, claims questions, and coverage reviews. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Document all client interactions and updates in our agency management system. Partner with producers and associate agents to provide seamless client support. Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and company procedures. Work with a collaborative team that values doing the little things right.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in customer service in insurance is preferred—especially if you’ve supported both personal and business clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills—comfortable on the phone and in person. Confidence using office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.); familiarity with AMS360 or similar systems is a plus. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex customer needs and find solutions. Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
