In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person at events and business to business campaigns. Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their questions and concerns. Utilize computer systems to document interactions, track issues, and manage client accounts efficiently. Handle follow up appointments on customer inquiries or provide additional support. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while managing multiple calls in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery. Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Requirements Proficiency in English is required. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively. Experience in client services or customer support roles is an asset. Familiarity with call center operations and phone etiquette is beneficial. Basic computer skills are necessary for navigating software systems effectively.
