• Tuesday – Saturday | 11:30am-8:00pm

EST ROLE IMPACT

Asa Customer Service Representative supporting pharmacy operations,you’ll serve as a key liaison for patients, clinicians, andinternal teams. You’ll ensure high-quality customer service bymanaging inbound and outbound communications, supporting medicationdelivery coordination, and contributing to accurate documentationacross systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage inbound/outboundcalls to schedule medication refills and deliveries
• Updatemedical claims and patient records for referral tracking
• Answerinquiries related to prescription status, financials, and insurance
• Escalate clinical questions to pharmacists or nurses as needed
• Identify and report adverse events or product complaints

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required; Associatedegree preferred
• 1 year customer service / call center experience(non-retail)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and managementinformation systems
• Strong verbal and written communicationskills with attention to detail

• MicrosoftOffice Suite
• Pharmacy management systems
• Medical claimsplatforms
• Call center/customer service software

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with pharmacy operations and medical terminology
• Experience processing medical claims
• Prior work in a medicaloffice or healthcare support role
