Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your core skills in communication, customer support, and data entry will enable you to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. We utilize a number of mediums to allow of customers to reach us the way that works best for them, including on the phone, webchat, texting, and email. Time management is essential to managing obligations on each medium. Automotive knowledge is a plus, even if it’s just a hobby.
