Position :
Customer Service Representative Pay :

$18.00-22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Hours :

Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch

What You’ll Be Doing:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing excellent service to both homeowners and commercial clients Schedule and dispatch service calls, coordinate maintenance visits, and manage follow-ups Maintain accurate customer records and keep our database current Log warranties and rebates, and provide customers with timely updates on service lead times Use ServiceTitan daily to manage scheduling and communications Work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

2 or more years of related experience in an office setting in customer service, dispatching, project coordination, or equivalent combination of education and experience Sales experience preferred Proficiency with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Data Entry skills of 40 WPM or higher Organizational skills and high attention to detail Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required High school diploma or general education degree (GED) If you’re looking for a company that invests in your growth, values your expertise, and treats you like family, Mitchell Heating and Cooling is the place for you.
