Customer Service Representative Jones Insurance, Benefits & HR Consulting Apex, NC 27539 Jones Advisors HR Consulting is conducting a search for a driven to succeed, Customer Service Representative, on behalf of our client, Element Service Group. Element Service Group provides top quality HVAC maintenance, repairs, and system replacements. They are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to manage a range of administrative responsibilities. The roll will require proficiency with scheduling software, creating estimates, and ensuring the efficiency and timely completion of various administrative task. Monday-Friday, 7:30a.m.-4:30p.m.
Responsibilities:
Engage in inbound and outbound calling to clients. Maintain daily call counts to meet daily and weekly quotas. Maintain complete, accurate, and updated information in the customer database. Ensure memberships are renewed and maintenance appointments are scheduled. Work with dispatch to schedule service calls. Collecting customer payments as needed. Promptly report any service issues to the appropriate leader to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. Office administrative task. Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
US Work Authorization. High school or equivalent required. HVAC Industry experience preferred. Dispatch experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask. Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceTitan. Must be able to input data accurately, track service calls, and process paperwork. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Ability to identify and resolve issues quick and efficiently. Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy. Team player mindset with a positive attitude.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This position is frequently performed inside a temperature-controlled office building. The level of noise varies in this face-paced work environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, bend, stretch, and walk. Vision requirements include reading a computer monitor, peripheral vision, and color vision.
