Customer Service Representative PostalAnnex – Multiple Locations Apex, NC 27502 Customer Service Representative – Retail Shipping & Business Center Apex, NC | Starting at $16.00/hr | In-Person | Flexible Schedule Monday-Friday (9:30 AM-6:30 PM) + Alternate Saturdays (10:00 AM-4:00 PM) Join our team at where we make life easier for customers by offering a one-stop solution for shipping, mailing, notary services, passport photos, document handling, and more. As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly face at the front counter—greeting customers, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction ends with a smile. What You’ll Do Deliver outstanding in-person customer service in a fast-paced environment Assist customers with shipping via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS Notarize documents (if certified or willing to become a Notary) Take passport photos and handle document scanning and faxing Respond to emails and assist with general administrative tasks Operate in-store equipment (copiers, laminators, binding machines, key cutters) Pack and process shipments with care and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized workspace (daily vacuuming/mopping required) Lift and move packages up to 55 lbs What We’re Looking For Friendly, energetic, and service-focused attitude Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Prompt, dependable, and self-motivated Computer literate, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Minimum age: 18 | High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for punctual attendance) Preferred Experience 1+ year in a retail shipping or packaging environment (e.g., UPS Store, Post Office) Notary Public certification (or willingness to become one—costs covered upon commissioning) Compensation & Perks Starting at $16.00/hour , based on experience Bonus available upon Notary Commission Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Work in-person at a well-established location at Apex,Nc.
