Duties:

Greeting and interacting with clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Acts to satisfactorily resolve complaints and elevates to management as needed. Receiving and managing client communication and providing appropriate information according to established procedures. Checking clients in and out. Responsible for cash management including accepting cash, check and credit card payments for services and for end-of-day cash drawer balance Conducts tours for prospective clients and visitors through the facility Collecting required vet records and pet and client data and enter and maintain accuracy in the system. Occasionally assist with kennel technician responsibilities Responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of client facing areas. Completes all required training and attends training sessions as needed/assigned Follow safety procedures. Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Intermediate computer proficiency Excellent organizational, time management, and task prioritization abilities Capacity to maintain professionalism in all situations Ability to provide high quality customer service with a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively with computer hardware and software, including applications and programming

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push and squat throughout the workday. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers Ability to stand for extended periods of time. The ability to handle dogs and cats of all sizes with or without accommodation. The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation

Education and Experience:
