DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls as well as email inquiries in a timely manner Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Provide price quotes on products or order totals and upsell other merchandise whenever possible. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide knowledgeable solutions. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Use available websites, product manuals, and our intranet to provide detailed information on products, pricing, sand hipping information to each customer. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems and creates credit memos for customer returns. Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints. Escalate issues as needed to management. Give full attention to what others are saying (customers and co-workers), taking time to understand the information, ask appropriate questions and not interrupt at inappropriate times. Must be able to work some Saturdays. Any and all other duties assigned by management
Q UALIFICATIONS & E DUCATION R EQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Strong dependability, self-control, and integrity Excellent attitude towards their work and empathy for their customers’ needs.
