Customer Service Representative – Outbound Satisfaction Calls Are you a “people” person who loves creating positive experiences over the phone? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our customers are satisfied with the services we provide.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-5 with 60 minutes for lunch
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to recent customers to check in on their experience Ask a series of brief questions to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback Document responses and flag any issues that need follow-up Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and care
