Job Description:

As aCustomer Service Specialist II, you will play a key role inensuring high-quality support and service delivery. You willprovide customer assistance and problem resolution to a widevariety of healthcare providers and recipients in a multi-customercontact or help desk environment. This position is responsible forresponding to calls, serving as a single point of contact forreporting problems, making inquiries, and obtaining guidance onservices offered by the service center. Essential Job FunctionsAnswer incoming phone calls; provide accurate and appropriateinformation to callers. Make outbound customer service orsatisfaction calls, as required. Complete call guides andgather/verify required information. Participate in trainingsessions on telephone skills and program information; adhere toestablished service levels. Meet customer service and documentationstandards within required time frames. Follow contact centerscheduling to ensure appropriate telephone coverage. Performclerical or administrative duties as assigned.
