Job Summary:
The Institutional Client Support Specialist is responsible for establishing client relationships and resolving operational process issues based on established procedures and guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and manage relationships with large clients and provide optimal service support. Research and respond to Institutional Home Office enquiries in a timely and thorough manner while delivering an elevated level of service. Assist in training clients in various business processes of the platform. Use of trade logs and platform tools to research and address trade related inquiries. Attend meetings with clients as representatives of ICS to discuss open items. Analyze trends and provide the best practices to clients with the goal of improving their business operations and reducing risk. Assist in Managing ICS teamwork such as Unassigned Queue, Ad Hoc reporting, API issues and others as needed by the team. Suggest and implement improved client service and risk management procedures. Facilitate best practice process management on various operational and administrative areas of the platform. Provide proactive input on operational enhancement that could improve business processing efficiency and increase satisfaction. Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal and external contacts to foster a collaborative environment for the resolution of issues. Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet’s established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in professional services. Well organized, with strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities. Ability to critically analyze information and make sound judgments and recommendations. Professional team player; ability to work with a variety of personalities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to operate and take initiative with little or no direction. Strong service and relationship skills. Good math skills and ability to resolve highly complex tasks. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
