As a key player in our team, you’ll be instrumental in onboarding new clients and managing service requests, ensuring our advisors and clients receive the exceptional support they deserve.
Job Duties Include:
Processing:
Handle new business applications and track service requests like trades, beneficiary changes and withdrawals.
Client Interaction:
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
Support:
Assist our advisors in meetings, prepare client summaries, and maintain income plans.
Participation:
Sit in on client meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business/finance preferred.
Experience:
2+ years of work managing detailed paperwork in a fast-paced office setting. Work supporting a Financial Advisor is a plus.
Licensure:
Series 65 and/or 7, Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with excellent communication abilities.
