We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Mid-Senior level Lead Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing customer inquiries and orders. You must be able to work independently, think critically, and take initiative to provide solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
This is an on-site position located in Wendell, NC.
Responsibilities:
Receives customer requests, including (but not limited to) purchase order requirements, request for quote, delivery enquiries, trouble shooting.
Prepares documents/system processing related to new order requirements, RFQs and RMAs
Ensures order/quote/RMA information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms electronically.
REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of lead related experience
Acquires job skills andpany policies and procedures.
