In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while providing exceptional service. You will work closely with various departments to support clients in areas such as wealth management, investment management, and financial services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of securities law and estate planning, along with excellent research and communication skills. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Assist clients with account management, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulations. Conduct research on financial products and services to provide informed recommendations to clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, securities law, and investment strategies to effectively advise clients. Support the preparation of wills, trusts, and estate planning documents as needed. Ensure compliance with technical accounting standards and financial regulations in all client interactions. Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering personalized service and addressing their concerns promptly. Skills Strong knowledge of securities law and financial regulations. Proficient in mathematical concepts related to finance and investment management. Excellent research skills to analyze market trends and client needs effectively. Experience in wealth management or financial services is preferred. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to clients. Familiarity with wills, trusts, estate law, and technical accounting principles is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
