Customer Service Representative Location:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Compensation:

No experience is necessary:

We provide paid training and support to help you build a solid foundation in auto glass repair customer service. CSRs interact directly with scheduled and walk-in customers to handle orders, answer questions, and respond to customer’s concerns. They assess daily workflow and assist the technicians. They take calls, answer emails, and maintain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Schedule customers for in-shop or mobile work; manage schedules with techs, rescheduling or canceling appointments as needed.
• Listen to customer questions or concerns
• Provide information about auto glass products and services
• Place orders, calculate charges
• Work with insurance companies to assist customers with claims
• Record details of customer interactions and actions taken
• Make outbound calls for follow up on new and existing leads
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Follow company and industry safety standards
