Position Description:

If you’ve ever visited Stick Boy, you’ve likely been met with superior customer service! Join our team of counter staff to provide high quality service to our customers from near and far. Responsibilities include taking orders, running food, checking on and clearing tables, and cleaning / maintaining the front-of-house space. We offer a full-service coffee and smoothie bar and all FOH staff are trained to serve the menu. Must have a positive, team-focused attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to continue learning. Customer service / barista experience desired but not required.

Commitment:

This position is

PART-TIME

with the expectation to work 15-20 hours/week between Monday and Saturday 6:30am-6:00pm.

Pay and Benefits:

$2.15 per hour base + tip share (hourly wage averages $14-15), overtime after 40 hours per week, accrued paid time off, accrued store credit per pay period, employee discount at Stick Boy and all sister businesses

Stick Boy Kitchen – 211 Boone Heights Drive, Boone, NC 28607 (our restaurant in the shopping center along with Mint, Be Natural, the bowling alley, etc)
