Guest Services Rep OR Front Desk Agent##
- Greet and Welcome, Thank and Assist Guests from Check-In to Check-Out##
- Monitor and process reservations through our RoomKey PMS system
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Complete Shift Check List of various duties from cleaning; inventory and Register balancing
- Self-motivation; initiative and customer service are some great skills to possess for this position#####
- Team approach at our Front DeskWe would like to do an initial phone interview, then in person.
