We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic sales/customer service person to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly manner. Operate sales and handle cash transactions accurately. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits. Maintain knowledge of product being offered. Communicate clearly with customers over the phone, ensuring professional phone etiquette. Perform basic math calculations for retail transactions and inventory management Have fun on the sales floor with our customers! Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but willing to train the right person with personality! Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math concepts. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management. Experience with product demos is a plus. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
