⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Service/Parts Counter Help Wards Boat Shop 355 NH Route 16B compensation: 18-20 employment type: job title: Service Writer/Parts Advisor Wards Boat Shop Inc is seeking highly motivated, team-oriented individual to fill an open position in our Service/Parts Department. This is a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on customer service. The successful candidate must be a team player, possessing strong customer service and organizational skills. Knowledge of boats and engines is helpful but not necessary, we will train the right candidate.
Duties will include:
- Answering phones
- Writing repair orders
- Invoicing repair orders
- Scheduling storage boat service & deliveries
- Assisting off the road customers
- Parts look up
- Parts ordering
- Parts receiving
- Over the counter parts sales
- Taking payments in person and over the phone
- Assisting the service manager and technicians
- Filing and other clerical duties
- May perform other related duties as required to meet the needs of the service department.
This seasonal position 31 Hours Tuesday -Saturday (Flexible hours but Friday and Saturday are mandatory) Pay $18-20 Drug/Alcohol free environment.
