Customer Relations Representative Autex Mazda of Keene 94 Key Road, Keene, NH 03431 Part-Time Customer Relations Representative – Join Our Team! Autex Mazda is seeking a friendly and proactive Part-Time Customer Relations Representative to be a key point of contact for our customers. This role is essential in maintaining positive relationships with our clientele and ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way. Hourly pay plus commission and performance bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up communications with customers who have recently purchased a vehicle or had service work completed.
• Collaborate with our Business Development Center (BDC) to respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Connect with customers about special promotions, offers, and services to keep them engaged.
• Handle a high volume of emails, calls, and texts efficiently, delivering exceptional service every time.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or as a receptionist is a plus.
• Strong typing skills and the ability to answer calls in a timely, professional manner.
• Exceptional phone communication skills—personable, warm, and engaging.
• Proficient in crafting well-written and compelling emails to create a positive, lasting impression.

Excellent follow-through skills. Solid working knowledge of digital communication platforms.
