Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, promptly returning messages, scheduling sales and installation appointments, and conducting follow-ups on quotes.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy. Return voicemails, emails, texts, and social media messages promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns effectively. Schedule sales appointments for potential customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in appointment setting and route management. Scheduling jobs to hit daily/weekly revenue targets Coordinate installation appointments, liaising between customers and installation teams to ensure smooth scheduling and communication. Follow up on quotes provided to customers, providing additional information as needed, and facilitating the sales process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the available customer service technology. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, installation, and billing to ensure seamless customer experiences. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer service experience. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, and suggestions for improvement. Follow up on the finished job to make sure customers are satisfied.
