Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate

• Provide a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers
• Assist customers with purchases, pricing inquiries, vouchers, and store policies
• Help process donations
• Sort, price, and display merchandise
• Restock shelves and rotate inventory as needed
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately and in
  adherence to policy
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing items
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs.
