You’ll help process donations, stock merchandise, and deliver excellent customer service in this full-time role. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate Provide a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers Assist customers with purchases, pricing inquiries, vouchers, and store policies Help process donations Sort, price, and display merchandise Restock shelves and rotate inventory as needed Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately and in adherence to policy Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations Perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Respect for and ability to maintain client confidentiality Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing items Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. and stand for extended periods The Customer Service Associate works five days per week from 9:00am-5:00pm.
