Customer Service Representative 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Ashland, NH 03217 Summary In this role as a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions. The core skills of data entry accuracy and strong communication skills will be essential in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Additionally, your ability to maintain professional phone etiquette and handle outbound calling tasks will contribute to overall customer satisfaction. Having premium skills such as sales and upselling experience, will give you an edge in promoting additional products or services to customers. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, emails, and online chats Work with both end-user customers and retailer customers Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Learn and provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers Keep records of customer interactions, enter customer orders, and process customer orders Take the extra mile to engage customers Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer/retailer accounts through knowledge of their wants and needs Handle customer/dealer complaints/problems, provide efficient solutions; and follow up to ensure resolution Authorize and process customer returns Various projects during slow sales periods to grow future sales or optimize efficiency Help pick and ship orders as needed Help restock and organize warehouse/shipping/customer service area
