Your Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care to our customers by taking ownership of all customer inquiries on heating oil, propane, and diesel service and delivery
- Provide point of contact for our customers and excellence through verifying and updating customer account information, troubleshooting and/or solve customer concerns
- Providing accurate information on products and services as well as educating customers on our products and services
- Perform account maintenance by ensuring customer records are up to date and accurate information is recorded
- Partner with other departments to follow-up with all customer inquiries
- Contribute to a team environment by performing other duties as required
Your Skills:
- Customer service experience and knowledge of business procedures
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Must be able to work weekends
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Your Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ADDS software experience a plus
