In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle in and out bound calls, address customer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for every client. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties Respond to incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. The ability to work in a high volume, high paced environment. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Experience Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this position. Experience in sales or client services is a plus, as it enhances the ability to address customer needs effectively.
