- Job Overview
- As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the voice and heart of our customer support operation. You’ll assist players and users by phone and chat, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide an excellent experience with every interaction.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Answer inbound calls and live chats from customers regarding account issues, technical troubleshooting, gameplay concerns, and billing inquiries + Provide knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient support to a global customer base + Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed + Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction + Work closely with teammates and supervisors to ensure a seamless support experience + Stay updated with new game content, company policies, and support tools •Qualifications•+ 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred (gaming industry a plus) + Strong communication skills—both written and verbal + Comfortable multitasking between chat and phone support + Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure •you are interested in this position or others available, please apply with an updated resume!

Pay Details:
- $18.
