You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues Assist customers via email and chat Provide information about products and services Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
