Service Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative (CCR) where you will provide account-related services to members located throughout the world. The CCR handles all inbound contact with clients, received via phone, chat, e-mail and video channels, related to Member Service inquiries and transactions.
Pay:
Starting at $22.00 per hour. Flexible based on experience.
Hours:
Full Time, Monday – Wednesday, 9 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday & Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Day:
Assist members and potential members with telephone, chat and email correspondence fostering a one call resolution environment.
Answer general inquiry questions about members accounts.
Quickly identify client needs and match it to a product or service.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
Customer service, retail or call center experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
