Join our dynamic branch team as a Customer Relationship Specialist II in Manchester, NH where you’ll play a key role in delivering world-class service and supporting everyday banking operations. In this role, you’ll assist customers with account openings, transactions, and product recommendations while maintaining accuracy and security. You’ll also provide phone support, process wire transfers, and proactively engage with clients to meet their financial needs.
What You’ll Do:
Open and maintain consumer accounts with accuracy and professionalism Process transactions and balance a cash drawer daily Deliver exceptional service in-person and over the phone (inbound/outbound) Identify customer needs and recommend relevant banking products Support treasury services and commercial lending teams with administrative tasks Uphold compliance, security standards, and operational integrity Represent the bank at community events as a local ambassador
What You Bring:
