Customer Service & Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:
Engage face-to-face with customers in a retail environment, understanding their needs and recommending tailored products and services Support sales by providing clear and comprehensive answers to customers’ inquiries about our services, ensuring they fully understand the available options. Presenting and demonstrating telecommunications products to customers, highlighting features and benefits Assist in managing key retail accounts, ensuring product availability, and handling customer inquiries and complaints Understanding of sales interactions and the ability to identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell various products when appropriate Work independently to manage schedules, follow up with customers, and monitor sales progress Collaborate with the Customer Service & Sales Associate team to present new ideas for business improvements and innovative sales strategies based on customer feedback
