Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Assist members and potential members with telephone, chat, email, and video correspondence Answer general inquiries about member accounts Quickly identify client needs and match them to a product or service Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer service skills; prior customer service, retail, or call center experience preferred but not required Good computer, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact The Customer Service Representative works Monday through Wednesday from 9:00am-5:00pm, and Thursday and Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm, for $22/hour.
