Our client, in Manchester, NH, is seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to add to their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of Customer Service and/or inside sales experience. The role supports the key accounts in Mexico so, if you are bilingual, this is a huge plus. If you are comfortable supporting demanding customers in the manufacturing industry(specifically the auto industry, which deals with complex machinery) please today. Our client is looking for someone who is computer savvy and who can handle a fast paced environment. In this role, you could get up to 100 emails a day

    education: High School Responsibilities Provide customers with quotes and all items necessary to make a purchase decision
    Provides quote follow-up on a weekly basis
    Enter customer orders and follow through to fulfillment (
IE:

ensure credit is approved, deposit received (if applicable), items have been ordered, etc.)
Sort customer invoices daily, print backorders and enter machines into customer database
Reconcile customer purchase orders to our sales orders/invoices
Assist customers with general product information (part numbers, availability, order status, etc.)
Interface with all other departments to ensure that the needs of our customers are being met
Identify correct equipment applications for customers
Provide various monthly and quarterly reports
Provide back-up phone coverage
