Service Advisor-Amherst Subaru (Brand New Facility!) Amherst Subaru 98 State Route 101A, Amherst, NH 03031 Amherst Subaru is growing! We’ve just moved into our brand-new facility and are looking to add a Service Advisor to our team. If you’re professional, customer-focused, and ready to grow with a busy store, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Write up repair orders and explain recommended services Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated Review multi-point inspections and prioritize safety Handle warranty, recall, and customer-pay work effectively Maintain strong CSI and build long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For:
Previous Service Advisor or dealership experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and able to manage multiple repair orders Team player with a positive attitude Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus but not required
