Job:

Under the direction of the Manager of the Access Center, the incumbent will provide assistance Access Coordinators with questions regarding incoming phone calls and online requests from both patients and referring providers for multiple Practices, Specialties and departments interested in accessing care at SolutionHealth, perform patient registration, scheduling processes and Prior Authorizations. The Access Center Team Leader will generate reports including, call and phone statistics, Epic data and other report upon request. The key role of the Access Center Coordinator is to assist the staff to ensure that staff provide patients, referring providers and other customers receive timely, efficient, and high[1]quality service. This is a telephone and system-based position; there is no face-to-face interaction with patients or other customers. Must be comfortable with learning and training on multiple functions for multiple practices and campuses while meeting volume and quality assurance evaluation targets.

What You’ll Do:

Guide and assist Access Center Coordinators with questions on Access Center process and procedures Answer help desk phone and email inquiries from Access Center Coordinators as well as Practices Retrieve and generate performance reports including Phone call volume data, Epic referrals, appointment and orders data and any other data upon request Provide Access Center Management with improvement opportunities and updates on the staff’s overall Access Center operation Research and monitor Access Center calls and provide feedback to management And more

Who You Are:

High school diploma or GED 2 years of Health Care experience, Required 2 years of contact center environment type of work, Required Prior customer service work experience, Required Specifically, in a contact/call center environment Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment
