What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing exceptional client service in person and over the phone Scheduling appointments and coordinating the daily flow of the hospital Managing check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and handling invoices Communicating with clients about their pet’s care, hospital policies, and services Assisting with medical records, prescription requests, and client education Maintaining a clean and organized reception area Working closely with veterinary staff to ensure smooth hospital operations

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment Prior veterinary or customer service experience is preferred but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate

Schedule & Availability:
