Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date customer records. Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions and document resolutions. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
