Job Description

Customer Care Coordinator Renmar DME Inc. 161 River Road, Bow, NH 03304 Responsibilities include:

  • Professionally answers customer phone calls for equipment delivery, pick up or service orders.
  • Works with Field Technicians ensuring daily schedule attainment, including processing and executing route change orders.
  • May troubleshoot equipment failures and proactively solve them via phone and answer customer inquiries.
  • Prepares equipment rental agreements and delivery/pick up/repair documentation for delivery technicians.
  • Data entry.
  • Call patients / families daily to confirm delivery/pick-up/service and call to update customers on their order status.
  • Manage orders not fulfilled, including lost equipment retrieval and ensuring redeliveries are scheduled and executed.
  • Complete customer service surveys, summarize results and recommend improvement idea.
  • Create estimates, convert to invoices and process payments.
  • Inside sales calls to customers, including quote / estimate follow-up.
  • Support direct customer sales in showroom, including unscheduled walk ins.
  • May place purchase orders.
  • Order office supplies and provide other support as needed.
  • Other duties and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree preferred, High School diploma or GED required.
  • 2-5 years’ office experience required, preferably customer service role.
  • Must be self-motivated with a desire to serve our customers with the highest degree of customer service, supporting internal and external customers with alacrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Desire to take initiative, set daily priorities and organize work.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and use problem solving skills, including equipment and product troubleshooting over the phone.
  • Proven experience meeting deadlines while working on a variety of tasks.
  • Calm demeanor when managing challenges.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting and business management software preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion.
