From labels to membrane switches, we work with businesses to mark their equipment. We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and help keep our clients happy and our projects on track. Responsibilities Greet and assist customters via phone and through email Assist customers to provide details for quotes, process orders, and answer questions about our printing services. Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Maintain customer records and order histories Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service (printing or similar industry preferred) Excellent communications and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and order management systems Positive attitude and ability to work in a small team environment High school diploma or equivalent required
