$18-19 What’s the Job? Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner. Engage with customers to identify their needs and implement creative solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm while managing customer interactions across various communication channels. Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. Acquire knowledge of customer service standards, tariffs, and regulations applicable to electric and gas services in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. What’s Needed? High School diploma or equivalent experience. At least 1 year of experience in a telephone customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Advanced keyboarding and PC skills in a Windows environment.
