Hybrid Customer Experience Representative – Call Center – Day Shift, 8-4:30 M-F, Concord, NH. After 6-week training in the office, work 2 days in office, 3 days from home. Listen attentively to customers’ concerns and needs. Effectively and professionally communicate with customers, client companies and co-workers, over the phone, web, social media. Ensure that customers are consistently provided with prompt, accurate and courteous service. Successfully resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. What will you do? Respond and communicate promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels including phone, email and text Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and issue resolution Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Follow call calibration guideline expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and one call resolution Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Must be flexible to work various shifts when business needs arise. 6 Week onsite Training program beginning on Friday May 2, 2025 What makes you qualified? High School diploma, general education degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 1 year experience in providing telephone customer service in a call center environment Must be reliable with exceptional attendance Flexibility with hours. Will be required to work additional hours during emergencies and on-call schedules Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to multi-task, navigate and communicate effectively over VOIP and other communication channels Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
