Customer Service Representative:
Atlantic Fuels is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are an expanding fuel delivery company based in Rye, NH with a loyal customer base in Seacoast New Hampshire, and southern Maine.

PM Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring quality, efficiency, and accuracy at all times. Serve as a first point of contact for customers, visitors, and vendors. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly and courteously. Assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate team member. Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date account data. Process and manage customer tickets efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through. Complete collection calls and follow-ups on past-due accounts with professionalism and persistence. Support general office operations and assist with projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
2+ years in a customer service, administrative, or office support role Experience in the fuel, energy, or service industry is a plus Experience with Blue Cow Ignite software strongly preferred
