$16-$18/hr + Biweekly Bonus ($50-$60)

Temp-to-Perm | Onsite to Start | Hybrid Eligible After 6 Months We’re hiring a Client Services Associate to join a growing team in Portsmouth, NH! This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ year of office experience in customer service or collections who’s comfortable making outbound scripted calls in a professional, courteous manner.
What You’ll Do:
Place outbound calls via a Manual Call Launcher Follow scripts to negotiate payment plans or resolve disputes Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations Document and escalate disputes as needed Work toward team and company goals with professionalism and positivity
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of office-based customer service or collections experience Professional phone presence and communication skills Bilingual a plus Coachable, reliable, and eager to learn
