We are seeking a hard working Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our headquarters in Londonderry, NH . A successful candidate will have experience working as a Customer Service Representative at a company specializing in manufacturing or distribution where one would deal with a high number of SKUs or part numbers. This individual would also be accustomed to 60+ phone calls daily and possess good tenure at previous employers.
Schedule:
full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities :
Handle inbound ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) and Non-ACD calls – 50-70 calls per day Quote requests Item information Price information Order tracking Order entry over the phone Other miscellaneous requests Returns Product inventory availability and in-stock dates Process standard and special item orders from sales reps, customers, emails/faxes Handle email correspondence in personal and customer service department email boxes Participate in customer promotions to help build sales Upselling customers when placing phone orders Outbound calling as requested
Must Have:
Very strong organizational skills Must be able to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills working with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast paced, high call volume department Other duties related to customer service as assigned by the
