In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with information, scheduling appointments with management, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to project completion. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential landscaping clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding services, scheduling, pricing, and project status
- Coordinate estimates with the management team
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy of contact information and project notes
- Support the sales and operations team with administrative tasks, including proposals, contracts, and billing support
- Stay informed about company services, promotions, and seasonal offerings to assist customers effectively
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, focusing on retention and satisfaction. Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
