Customer Experience Associate UNLMTD Sports 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard, Salem, NH 03079
Customer Engagement:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Answer questions about teams, products, sizes, and promotions Make product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
Sales & Transactions:
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately Handle cash, credit card, and return transactions confidently Meet and exceed sales goals through excellent service Store Appearance & Merchandising Maintain clean, organized shelves and displays Restock items, fold apparel, and ensure signage is up-to-date Support promotional setups and themed displays (e.g., playoff season, back-to-school soccer gear)
Inventory & Stockroom:
Receive, unpack, and create SKU labels for new inventory Help track stock levels and report shortages Assist in end-of-day store closing duties
Team Culture & Reliability:
Arrive on time and ready to work Communicate clearly with coworkers and managers Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment
Qualifications/Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependability and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand, walk, and lift 25-50 lbs boxes during shifts Provide your own transportation Bonus Skills (Not Required): Bilingual (especially Spanish) Familiarity with soccer equipment and sizing Knowledge of New England sports teams (Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics) Knowledge of popular soccer teams Experience with inventory systems or POS software Social media savvy (for those interested in helping with store promotion)
