JOB SUMMARY Customer Service Specialist – Portsmouth, NH
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Rebecca Rand rrand@naglergroup.com We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Portsmouth, NH for a temporary assignment covering a 2-3 month leave. This is a CSR role supporting customers with order status updates, entering new orders, handling changes to deliveries, rescheduling, and fielding calls to book trainings or resolve missed deliveries. What you’ll do: Answer inbound customer calls and emails Provide order updates and delivery changes Enter and update customer orders Schedule trainings and resolve delivery issues Maintain accurate records in internal systems What we’re looking for: Solid customer service experience including order entry experience Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day tasks Experience with SAP is a big plus, but not required This is a great opportunity to jump into a supportive, collaborative environment and help keep things running smoothly during a team member’s leave!
